These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noor Shop & Ship mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Noor Shop & Ship ("Noor", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Noor Shop & Ship app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Services Offered

• We purchase products on your behalf from global online stores and deliver them to you in Iraq.
• We act as your authorized buying agent — we are not a reseller and are not affiliated with any retailer shown in the app.
• We provide order tracking through each stage, from purchase confirmation to delivery.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Noor and payment is completed.
• Final pricing may include the product cost we pay on your behalf, our service fee, international shipping, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
• Accepted payment methods include the in-app wallet, topped up via ZainCash. Wallet balances are used to pay for orders.
• All amounts are shown in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) before you confirm an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated shipping times vary by method: air shipping typically takes 7–14 business days; sea shipping typically takes 30–45 business days. Local delivery applies only to supported cities.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Returns and Exchanges

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving an item, provided it is unused and in its original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
• Shipping and service fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund amount.
• Certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature or the originating retailer's policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baghdad.
