By using the "Noor Shop & Ship" application and our social media pages, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Changes to Terms

• Noor Shop & Ship may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
• You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.

2. Account Cancellation

• Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your account.
• Last Updated: April 10, 2026.

3. Contractual Relationship

• You acknowledge that "Noor Shop & Ship" acts as your intermediary or proxy in tracking all purchasing processes and delivering them from outside Iraq, including paying fees and other taxes to international shipping companies contracted with us.
• You confirm your legal capacity to contract and that there are no legal impediments preventing you from doing so.

4. Registration and Subscription

• Only one account is allowed per customer.
• You are primarily responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• The information provided during registration must be accurate and correct. Noor Shop & Ship reserves the right to request documents to verify the authenticity of this information.
• Noor Shop & Ship may suspend or cancel your account and all associated orders if you delay providing the required official documents.
• Noor Shop & Ship reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if you violate any of the agreed policies.

5. Ordering Products

• You are entirely responsible for verifying product specifications such as size, color, and dimensions according to the information provided by the seller on the third-party marketplace.
• The weight mentioned on the seller's page is approximate, and Noor Shop & Ship is not responsible for its accuracy.
• Noor Shop & Ship's responsibility is limited to purchasing from the seller on your behalf and delivery. We bear no responsibility for your product choices or if they are confiscated by customs and other concerned authorities.
• If any product requires approval from governmental authorities (e.g., Communications and Media Commission, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, etc.), all required documents will be requested from the customer in favor of the relevant authority. If the customer fails to provide these documents, Noor Shop & Ship holds no legal responsibility.

6. Payment

• Payment is possible using local payment methods like ZainCash or other supported credit cards. Noor Shop & Ship is not responsible if the bank or payment provider rejects the transaction.
• Noor Shop & Ship will not ask you for your full card number or PIN.
• We reserve the right to refuse any payment transactions deemed insecure.
• Payments in virtual or cryptocurrencies are not accepted. Payments are made exclusively in Iraqi Dinars in accordance with Iraqi law.

7. International Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on the type of package, its weight, size, and country of origin.
• Final shipping costs are determined when the package arrives at our office in Baghdad, where there may be additional fees due to differences between the actual weight of the product and the weight stated by the seller.

8. Coupons and Wallet

• Only one coupon can be used per order during the specified time period.
• Noor Shop & Ship reserves the right to cancel any coupon or discount without liability.
• Funds deposited into the Noor wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded without a confirmed order, as the Noor wallet is intended solely for purchasing and shopping through the Noor app.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Responsibility for Purchasing: Noor Shop & Ship is responsible for purchasing products with the exact specifications clarified by the customer when ordering. Please note that some products may differ from the images shown by the seller, and Noor Shop & Ship bears no legal responsibility for this.
• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, we will contact the seller to check the possibility of cancellation. It will be canceled only if the seller agrees to complete the cancellation process.
• Returns After Receipt: If a customer wishes to cancel their order after receiving it in Baghdad, return expenses apply, determined by the product's weight and the seller's conditions, provided the return is within a specified period for each seller. If the product is not returned to Noor Shop & Ship within the specified time and in its original condition, the cancellation is deemed unavailable, and the item is returned to the customer with no liability on Noor Shop & Ship.
• Return Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for makeup, nutritional supplements, phones, electronics with Bluetooth technology, clothing, electronic devices, and toys. Orders from Turkey, China, the UAE, and the UK are also excluded from returns. Noor Shop & Ship only accepts product returns to the USA (if applicable).
• Refunds: Refunds for amounts paid will be issued using the same payment method, with commissions deducted. Noor's commission is non-refundable. For card payments, the amount is refunded to your card within 10 to 14 working days, subject to the customer's bank. For cash payments, the value is refunded through the Noor Shop & Ship office.

10. Noor Shop & Ship's Liability

• Noor Shop & Ship is not responsible for any delay by the seller in delivering your order to one of its warehouses abroad or to its agents.
• Certain categories such as cosmetics, mobile phones, nutritional supplements, Bluetooth, and wireless devices may experience delays during customs clearance, and Noor Shop & Ship bears no responsibility for such delays.
• Noor Shop & Ship is not responsible for the loss, damage, delay, or customs clearance of any prohibited products. The order value will not be refunded or returned if confiscated or rejected by Iraqi authorities; the customer assumes full responsibility.
• We deal with local and international shipping companies as intermediaries to deliver your orders. These companies are solely responsible for their employees and representatives. However, Noor Shop & Ship verifies and monitors the quality of service provided.
• The customer's product will be stored free of charge for a maximum of 10 days from the date of arrival at our office in Baghdad. If not collected within this period, it will be disposed of, and the company bears no legal responsibility.
• Some products may arrive open or unsealed due to customs inspection and clearance processes. In this case, the customer has no right to return the product or claim a refund.
• Noor Shop & Ship guarantees against defects resulting from shipping only. We do not guarantee physical or technical defects caused by power fluctuations or discrepancies.
• We do not guarantee the physical/technical condition of used/refurbished products, even if they do not match the seller's stated specifications.
• If a damaged order is received from the shipping company, it must be reported within two days from the date of receipt (including regular and public holidays) for necessary action to be taken. If not reported within the specified period, the customer forfeits their right to file a complaint.
• If collecting the order from our office, please check the condition of all products and their contents, as any complaint regarding non-receipt after leaving the office will not be considered.
• Noor Shop & Ship is not liable for loss or damage to purchases due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, floods, fog), fires, plane crashes, wars, production issues, power and communication cuts, any other governmental or non-governmental disruptions, or any damage during shipping, customs clearance, or new port procedures.
